Continuous day and night exercises starting from day one. Participants will not
have access to cell phones or hot showers, and food will be rationed. Expect high
physical and psychological demands, with all training conducted in French for a
fully immersive experience. This intense setup prepares you for the true conditions
of Legionnaires' life.
